東奧選手村內再有運動員確診 專家指安全氣泡已爆破

【Now新聞台】與東奧相關的新冠病例累計已有67宗，有專家認為，計劃建立的安全氣泡已經爆破，預計選手村內將出現群聚感染，甚至會傳染當地民眾。
東京奧組委公布，奧運選手村內再多1名女運動員確診新冠病毒，相信連同早前其他選手村內的確診個案，所有患者都是入境前已經受感染。
另外，再有8名與奧運有關的人士病毒檢測結果呈陽性，包括首次有一名義工染疫，現時跟東京奧運相關的病例，包括運動員和工作人員等，累計已達67宗。
倫敦國王學院人口健康研究所前總監涉谷健司認為，當局希望在奧運選手村建立的安全氣泡，明顯已經爆破，預計選手村內將出現群聚感染，甚至會傳染東京民眾。
他警告，各國代表團出境前進行的病毒檢測結果不準確，以及無法切實控制奧運的人員流動，可能引致Delta變種病毒廣泛傳播。

The Governments and bussiness sectors lie to themselves that vaccination alone can solve the problem. The truth is that we need both vaccination and lockdowns to solve the problem.
UK is the best example: More than 80% of the British have got one jab and more than 2/3 of them have got two doses. Now, the dialy new cases in UK is near the peak since the pandemic begun and is still worsening.
At the beginning of this year, UK has improved faster than any country. Some experts in Scotland claimed that vaccination made that huge improvement. However, other expertsin UK disproved this conclusion. The huge decrease in new cases occurred in all ages while the young British were not eligible to get the jab at the beginning ot this year. The correct conclusion reached by the British scientists is that the lockdowns (rather than vaccination) reduce the new cases rapidly.
When the worst situation and the lockdowns got, people are still very scare and do the best to protect themselves. How much improvement is done by the vaccine? and how much is actually done by the change of human behavior? We do not know. However, almost all governments and business sectors have mis-interpreted the data and claim that the vaccine solve the problem. The fact is that several factors have help to make the improvement

bad條毛南韓增1784人確診 創疫情以來單日最高紀錄
南韓單日確診新型肺炎的個案創新高，有1784人確診，較前一天大增506宗，創下當地自去年1月20日出現首宗個案以來的最高紀錄，累積增至18萬2千多人感染。
新增病例中，社區感染佔絕大部分，有1726宗，境外輸入的有58宗。
另外，南韓新增1名患者不治，累積2060人死亡。
伊朗單日確診宗數創新高 兩省政府辦公室停工6日

3名青年在接種兩劑復必泰疫苗後懷疑患心肌炎，他們在醫院接受監察及治療，情況穩定，個案將交由新冠疫苗臨床事件評估專家委員會作因果關係評估。
衞生署回覆傳媒查詢時表示，截至昨日，12至15歲群組已接種約63000劑復必泰疫苗，同期曾經接獲醫管局報告，一名12歲及兩名15歲青年，在接種第二劑復必泰疫苗約兩天後，出現胸痛。
根據疫苗生產商的資料，心肌炎及心包炎的個案主要在疫苗接種後14天內出現，較常在接種第二劑疫苗後發生，並較常在年輕男子出現。
衞生署表示，心肌炎及心包炎分別是指心臟肌肉及心臟周圍組織的炎症，大多數個案對治療反應良好，通常在症狀改善後可以恢復正常的日常活動。

台灣新增16例新冠肺炎本土病例、9例境外移入 5名死亡個案
陳時中今天下午在中央流行疫情指揮中心記者會中公布，今天新增16例新冠肺炎（2019冠狀病毒疾病，COVID-19）本土病例，其中6例為居家隔離期間或期滿檢驗陽性者；11例男性、5例女性，年齡介於20多歲至70多歲，發病日介於7月12日至7月19日。
陳時中表示，個案分布以台北市9例為最多，其次為桃園市5例、新北市2例；其中9例為已知感染源，4例關聯不明、3例疫調中，將持續進行疫情調查，以釐清感染源。
今天新增5例死亡個案，為2名女性、3名男性，年齡介於50多歲至90多歲，發病日介於5月25日至6月29日，確診日介於5月29日至7月7日，死亡日介於7月15日至7月19日。
陳時中也進一步說明，近期確診個案解隔離情形，5月11日至7月19日累計公布1萬4231位確診個案中，已有1萬2382人解除隔離，解隔離人數達確診人數87.0%。

東京奧運首次有運動員因為確診而棄權
東京奧運首次有運動員因為確診新型肺炎而棄權。
一名參加75公斤級跆拳道的智利女運動員確診；另外，一名荷蘭女子滑板運動員亦在個人平台說檢測呈陽性。
由於兩人都要隔離10日，因此被逼退出東京奧運會。
另外，日本傳媒引述消息指，一名入住奧運村的捷克沙灘排球隊教練檢測呈陽性，是隊中第二人受到感染，大會說12人被列為密切接觸者。
東京奧組委還確認6名奧運外判工作人員確診。
至今東京奧運相關人員共有70多人確診。
內閣官房長官加藤勝信表示，未聽聞有運動員嚴重違反感染預防措施，也沒有人被取消參賽資格。他補充說，以他的理解，有出現輕微違規，但主要是大意和不小心。
泰國單日確診逾萬宗 曼谷和周邊地區禁航班升降
泰國疫情嚴峻，新增13002人確診，再創單日紀錄，新增108人死亡。
泰國民航局今天開始禁止國內航班從曼谷及周邊的府升降，政府也在各府之間設置檢查站，減少跨府移動。
泰國累計接近44萬人確診，3610人死亡。
泰國民航局下令，除醫療班機及有緊急降落需求的班機外，禁止任何國內商業航班從疫情嚴重深紅區升降，其餘地區的航班載客量減少50%。

南韓新增1842宗確診 再創新高
南韓的新型肺炎疫情惡化，單日新增1842宗確診個案，再創疫情爆發以來新高，同日新增3宗死亡病例。
新增確診個案當中，有1533宗屬於社區感染，境外輸入有309宗，其中270名患者來自軍方清海部隊。
西非幾內亞取消派隊參戰奧運
西非國家幾內亞宣布，由於新型肺炎疫情大流行，取消派隊參加東京奧運。
體育部長去信幾內亞奧委會主席，指變種病毒令疫情重燃，政府為了保護幾內亞運動員的健康，遺憾地決定取消參與東京奧運。

世衛料Delta變種未來數月成主流 高傳播原因待查
世界衛生組織說，有高度傳染性的Delta變種新冠病毒，預計在未來幾個月會成為主流病毒。
世衛說最先在印度出現的Delta變種病毒，已擴散至124個國家和地區，在一些國家，四分之三確診個案涉及這種病毒。世衛又說，仍未清楚Delta變種造成高傳播的原因，而最先在英國出現的Alpha變種，及最先在南非出現的Beta變種，是目前仍然流行的主要變種新冠病毒。
世衛指出，上星期全球確診個案增加340萬宗，比前一星期上升12%，當中印尼的增幅最大，達到44%，多了35萬人確診，如果按這個增幅推算，在3星期內，全球累計確診總數將會突破2億宗。
