我依家約1米74 體重53kg左右 (經常喺52至55之間徘徊) 個人瘦底過輕
依家返緊份要擔擔抬抬嘅地盤工,隔一兩日又會喺屋企操gym(上身only,掌上壓,用啞鈴做三角肌,二頭肌,同埋用拉力橡筋帶做胸部)
本身飲上面隻粉,通常我會將佢嘅比例較濃啲,同埋將佢建議嘅份量提升至1.5至2倍/day 飲呢款shake完唔會有粉未溶 係試過一次真係太重手較太濃先奶嘢

之後我依家試咗呢個新嘢 我跟足比例even我落多啲水佢啲粉都唔溶,入口一粒粒我好易反胃,同埋呢隻太甜好難頂
兩種奶粉我都冇用嗰啲隔層令啲粉易溶,但我唔明點解第二隻啲粉咁難溶,係唔係水溫問題?但我兩種都用雪櫃啲凍水shake
另外我想問水溫會唔會影響啲粉嘅功效,同埋我咁樣返工加做gym增唔增到磅
