有冇人講下三角點練先出到有類似球狀線條,我發覺好多人都係,其他肌肉練得幾好,淨係手臂位三角肌操唔出線條,但唔係冇肌肉,已經練到好漲,但望落去係同二三頭容為一體,成個肥仔手臂咁,真係好羨慕d人望落去好明顯有球狀三角肌
我已經成日操,會做哂前 中 後 既訓練動作,中三角飛鳥動作個個做法唔同,全部試過哂都係出左少少
想問下係咪天生?我見YouTube 好多大隻佬都係呢個位冇線條

最近都跟住呢個routine,求各位比下意見
一日小食多餐,加埋about 1200 Calories
早午餐食chicken/turkey,多菜,少carb
全部自己煮,會落d superfood例如flaxseed, quinoa, nutritional yeast, etc.
每晚7pm前食salad (無dressing)之後唔食野
另外有食水果同飲almond milk & green tea
星期一三返學前做75min yoga
返學後做45min elliptical
星期二四朝早去gym:
15min warm up
45min free weight + dumbbell
30min elliptical
Weekend係cheat day但係唔會overeat
請問咁樣做減唔減到

Don't buy so-call superfood
Buy well established supplements instead
Drink green tea before cardio
Do elliptical before class and do yoga after class if you can maintain enough energy for class
Spend more time on elliptical than yoga
Just do one weight training a week for now
Make sure to use light weight or even no weight and just complete pure motions for your weight training
