被消失的真相！歐盟原版報告曝光 揭中國誣指台法辱譚德塞
[新頭殼newtalk] 歐盟上週一份關於武漢肺炎（COVID-19）疫情期間假消息活動的報告，是否因中國施壓而修改用語或刪除，歐洲議會已要求提出進一步說明。英媒今（27）日披露原版報告，內容提及中國誣指台灣與法國官員侮辱世界衛生組織（WHO）秘書長譚德塞（Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus），以及北京如何在全球發起假消息攻勢。

武肺疫情在全球大流行之際，《紐約時報》日前揭露歐盟關於疫情期間部分國家如何進行不實描述的報告，疑因中國施壓，將「中國對全球散播不實消息」，以及提到中法間爭執等字句皆被拿掉。

歐洲對外事務部今天否認因中國施壓而修改內容，指會造成這種誤解，是因這份報告有內外2種版本，前者僅用於內部使用，而另一版本則會公開提供給大眾。

不過，根據英國《金融時報》（Financial Times）披露的原版報告，歐盟在內部報告中直指北京動用公開與隱蔽策略在全球發起假消息攻勢，不斷致力就病毒來源混淆視聽，透過中國外交官、其他官員與國營媒體散播「陰謀論」，把武漢市最初爆發疫情與美軍作連結。

報告也提到，中國駐巴黎使館上網貼文批評法國對這波危機的因應，並不實宣稱法國議員與台灣官員以種族主義字眼誹謗WHO秘書長譚德塞。中國的「宣傳和假消息行動」已受到國際媒體批判檢視。

這份報告凸顯歐洲在疫情期間，愈來愈憂心中國的行徑。歐洲議會主要黨團「歐洲人民黨」（EPP）今天表示，不實資訊戰已出現多年，要求歐盟高層對幕後是否真有中國施壓提出進一步說明。

I hope so. But we are looking for the cases going down to zero.

That’s very difficult for Korea

1. They got a 50m population which much larger than hk and Taiwan

2. Imported cases are not up to your control

Korea can have zero case later when the weather is warmer because they do not have a hot summer that forces people to turn on the air-conditioner.

They will have a long summer to help.

On the other hand, Hong Kong must clear all cases before we turn on the air-conditioners.
