你食得少精製碳水, 個insulin fluctuation會細好多, 咁就唔會咁易肚餓
無咁易肚餓, 食少咗野, 自然就有calories deficit
始終都係離不開caloric deficit
啲人硬係想違反物理定律 我屌

physics law係一定啱
但強行apply條式落organisms到根本係inaccurate
事實上physics 啲式好多唔係100% accurate
例如最簡單高中嘅Young’s double slit equation只係approximation
佢之所以咁準係因為佢符合某幾個assumption
你將佢apply 落water waves個error就會好大
所以physics equation要準係要fulfill到所有assumption
問題係organisms個metabolism好大程度上受hormone調節
咁多external factor影響 條數根本唔係一出一入咁簡單
邊有得你計到咁簡單呢
我有疑問,你claim 你TDEE around 1500,我想問你點得出嚟?同埋,你食2500 都可以lose weight (TDEE+1000 as you claimed),你點assure 你日常生活冇影響?Like steps you have daily, your job, etc.
