如果個日背係做pull up 個d 就做輕鬆d 既abs
Leg day 多數做負重abs
DAy6 Leg day , 隔一日就做胸無影響嗎 ?

暫時無咩,因為分開肌肉
做完 abs 後果兩日會酸到發唔到力 , 我用dumbbell , 腹酸到連hold 住dumbbell瞓落 bench 都做唔到![]()
Day 1 : 胸 , 三頭
Day 2: 背 , 腹
Day 3: Rest
Day 4: Delta , 二頭
Day 5: Rest
Day 6: Leg Day
Day 7: Rest
好,試下唔同schedule 先
