背脊肌肉耐力好低, 8RM第二組做得三下,做唔到第三組 減少少重量(5Kg左右)即刻差勁遠

These three aspects are crucial factors in bodybuilding: exercise, diet and sleep 💤 My friend sometimes has a snooze at lunchtime because he has so much work to do that he feels drained. He likes to nap on the sofa or at his desk by the fireplace when everybody else is having lunch outside. He once brought his work along to the library where I saw him doze off at the table. Having a snooze by the fire is a marvelous way to recharge your energy though.
