Mon: Pull day Back, Back shoulder and biceps
Tue: leg+cardio (walk) or abs
Wed: Active rest day (little cardio/ little home workout)
Thur: Shoulder Focus push day (with little chest and triceps)
Fri: Pull day Back, Back shoulder and bicep
Sat: leg+cardio (walk) or abs
每次都兩個鐘左右 有時8-12 reps 有時大重量3-5 reps compound lift組間休息1.5-2分鐘 其他休1min-1min15s
