係咪講緊 squat 落到最低會 butt wink 同埋上身唔夠直? 試下放兩塊細餅係腳踭(即係好似著咗 weightlifting shoes 咁) 睇下會唔會好啲最近開始認真執動作,發現個hip hinge一摺埋就hold 唔到個back upright 了。搞到squat落得底就butt wink, dl 又有少少round back。冇個動作做得好form。除左拉hamstring 仲有有咩可以做練下core 拉下hip ankle
我嘅理解係咁,上下係2個人,中間舊四方形係盆骨。上面係upright, 下面係我個情況(應該)。下面個hamstring 緊會拉個盆骨啦,但係咁睇應該唔關個腹事?定係我理解錯
