Er..... 推果陣 冇好刻意咁 特登夾埋。
但係unrack 之前(姐係hand placement 果陣), 會提自己 手掌放概位置大概係 shoulder width 闊少少,盡量elbow pointing down. set 好左就唔會再adjust.
同埋講漏左少少,應該係eccentric 到尾段 果陣會feel 到 upper back muscle 有involve.
PS: 我Eccentric 尾段, Tricep至elbow 呢段位置 係below 90度 with respect to my Lat Muscle. (每rep 都係咁)唔知關唔關事
好似有好多人都話 唔好低過90度,去到90度就停,之後要去番concentric 果part.
