1-2 main lift with 2 accessory
main lift can be squat, deadlift, lunges
accessory can be leg extension, leg curl, leg press
If you prefer full body training can have shoulder or chest workout as well
not recommend leg and back at the same day as they are larger muscle group
cardio should be after weighted training as it consumes glycogen and glucose in the blood by which may hinder the performance
recommend heavier weight lower rep as normally beginner is difficult to do till last few reps for higher reps due to the soreness, research shows that last few reps play a significant role in muscle building.
