不過我就覺得 ON 好啲 , 除非rule1 大減價 , 否則都唔會買

咁都可以一試，不過最鍾意ON隻extreme milk chocolate
mp 藍莓最正 其他唔入流
不過要留意 natural chocolate 1 scroop 得 19g protein
有冇RESISTANCE BAND 推介?? 黎緊開GYM都唔太敢去做
因為係FB有個似淘寶幾十蚊貨仔賣200，所以唔太想買
