斷食主要唔單止係insulin sensitivity, 仲有
1. Alleviate metabolism
2. Promote growth hormones, which also inhibits muscle breakdown
3. Produce ketone bodies/ fat burnt effect in the fasting period which promotes fat loss
原理係身體唔夠血糖會被迫用肝糖同埋脂肪,越長肝糖越少用脂肪越多。所以當你fasting 既時候時間越長,所以就減脂越多
但係,你一食野去到咁上下卡路里身體就會有Insulin secretion,因為你有insulin secretion, 會令到你身體唔再break down fat。
之前有個study 研究過兩個group, 一個有斷食一個冇做斷食,有斷食果一group 減脂高啲同埋反彈少啲
當然計tdee 做calories deficit 係必然道路減到肥,但係有好多唔同營養學/運動學方法令你減得快啲/反彈少啲/ 減肌慢啲
