以前一向腸胃差超瘦底, 從來無減肥煩惱 , 本身唔鍾意食肥肉 , 食油多嘅野又會痾 , 所以平時食野都係少油 , 只係有食糖果習慣 , 而且係可以不停食果隻 , 唔知係咪健身後飲食定時左 , 腸胃食番好 , 近來 bulk 發覺開始有肚腩 , 肚臍隔離夾一夾差唔多成吋厚 , 睇怕非運動時都要戒食糖睇下有無改善

Bio搣時要我哋記3倍,因為其實唔同種類脂肪所含嘅卡路里都唔同

每g 碳水 4kcal
每g 脂肪9kcal

我明,但葡萄糖得一種而脂肪就有多種。動物脂肪同植物脂肪成份都唔同啦。

我唔會話搣時或者你哋呃我,但如果俾我揀我會揀信我Miss囉。其實你都係啱嘅,如果逐個脂肪分子計嘅話唔理來源佢哋卡路里都係一樣。不過通常係逐克計,喺現實生活中冇乜可能可以搵到完整一克嘅純脂肪分子囉。所以9卡都係大約數嚟。

讀完書之後硬係覺得書本上面嘅嘢同現實有少少出入。唔理咩科都係。
