港共政府承認聖約翰救傷會、香港紅十字會或醫療輔助隊開辦嘅急救課程。網上可以找到呢三個急救課程嘅比較。邊一個課程可能會好一些？其實都主要睇上課時間同地點為主。聖約翰有醫療隊同救護車，如果日後真係想參加佢哋醫療隊直接去接觸傷者，可能報聖約翰舉辦嘅急救課程好一些。我報咗佢哋嘅課程，不過未考試。
學吓急救咪當多一技傍身，我幾十年前學過一次。下次示威遊行（如果仲有，應該唔會再有），咁我都可以做急救員，唔一定係後生仔擔任呢啲工作。先裝備自己, 等黎明來到。共逸之。
