新手想問下關於full body training programme
小弟開始左做gym幾個月
自己本身係分胸+二頭/背+三頭/肩/腳,4日,但因為開始忙,一星期得返2日,想轉全身ge training programme
Google睇左幾個programme,好似唔會點練後三角,咁會唔會唔好?因為我想focus練多d肩
我自己做左d整合,預一星期做2日,全部都係3rir 3組 休息1分鐘,有無咩動作轉其他會更好,同埋點解
