最多都係唔會直接用脂肪做energy source 但未至於會消肌肉 人體energy source priority最後先係肌肉
其實行機唔睇心跳都得 睇返卡路里消耗 再計返食野卡路里 係deficit就得
想少d muscle loss就要操野+high protein diet
