1) 特指別出需要按照『聯合國憲章』的原則盡快在烏克蘭實現全面、公正和持久和平;
Underscores the need to reach, as soon as possible, a comprehensive, just and lasting peace in Ukraine in line with the principles of the Charter of the United Nations

2) 歡迎並表示大力支持秘書長和會員國按照『憲章』, 包括各國主權平等和領土完整的原則, 努力促進烏克蘭的全面、公正和持久和平;
Welcomes and expresses strong support for the efforts of the Secretary-General and Member States to promote a comprehensive, just and alsting peace in Ukraine, consistent with the Charter, including the principles of sovereign equality and territorial integrity of States;

3) 捉請會員國和國際組織按照『憲章』, 加倍支持在烏克蘭實現全面、公正和持久和平的外交努力;
Calls upon Membeter States and international organizations to redouble support for diplomatic efforts to achieve a comprehensive, just and lasting peace in Ukraine, consistent with the Charter;

4) 重申其對烏蘭在其國際公認邊界、包括其領水內的主權、獨立、統一和領土完整的承諾;
Reaffirms its commitment to the sovereignty, independence , unity and territorial integrity of Ukraine within its internationally recovgnized borders, extending to its territorial waters;

5) 再次要求俄羅斯聯邦立即、徹底、無條件地將其所有軍事力量從烏克蘭國際公認邊界內的領土撤出, 并呼籲停止敵對行動;
Reiterates its demand that the Russian Federation immediately, completely and unconditionally withdraw all of its military forces from the territory of Ukraine within it internationlly recognized borders, and calls for a cessation of hostilities;

6) 要求武將衝突雙方照1949年8月12『關於戰俘待遇之日內瓦公約』和『1949年日內瓦四公約第一附加議定書』的規定對待所有戰俘, 并呼籲徹底交換戰俘, 釋放所有被非法拘禁者, 遣返所有被關押者以及被強迫轉移和驅逐出境的平民, 包括兒童;
Demands that the treatment by the parties to the armed conflict of all prisoners of war be in accordance with the provisions of the Geneva Convention relative to the Treatment of Prisoners of War of 12 Auguest 1949 and Additional Protocol I to the Geneva Conventions of 1949, and calls for the complete exchange of prisoners of war, the release of all unlawfully detained persons and the return of all internees and of civilians forcibly transferred and deported, including children

7) 呼籲武裝衝突雙方充分遵守國際人道法規定的義務, 始終注意避免傷害平民和民用物體, 確保人道主義援助可安全無阻地送達需要援助者, 並且不攻擊、毀壞或移走平民生存所必需的物體或使其失去效用;
Calls for full adherence by the parties to the armed conflict to their obligations under international humanitarian law to take constant care to spare the civilian population and civilian objects, to ensure safe and unhindered humanitarian access to those in need, and to refrain from attacking, destroying, removing or rendering useless objects indispensable to the survival of the civilian population;

8) 又呼籲立即停止對烏克蘭關鍵基設施的攻擊和對民用物體, 包括住宅、學校和醫院的任何蓄意襲擊;
Also calls for an immediate cessation of the attacks on the critical infrastructure of Ukraine and any deliberate attacks on civilian objects, including those that are residences, schools and hospitals;

9) 強調需要通過在國家和國際一級進行適當、公正、獨立的調查和起訴, 確保追究在烏克蘭境內犯的國際法上最嚴重罪行的責任, 并確保為所有受害者伸張正義和防止今後發生罪行
Emphasizes the need to ensure accountability for the most serious crimes under international law committed on the territory of Ukraine through appropriate, fair and independent investigations and prosecutions at the national or international level, and ensure justice for all victims and the prevention of future crimes;

10) 敦捉所有會員國本著團結精神開展合作, 消除戰爭對全球糧食安全、能源、金融、環境以及核安保和核安全的影響, 特別指出在烏克蘭實現全面、公正和持久和平的安排應考慮到這些因素, 捉請全圓國支持秘書長努力消除這影響;
Urges all Member States to cooperate in the spirit of solidarity to address the global impacts of the war on food security, energy, finance, the environment and nuclear security and safety, underscores that arrangements for a comprehensive, just and lasting peace in Ukraine should take into account these factors, and calls upon Member States to support the Secretary-General in his efforts to address these impacts;

11) 決定大會第十一屆急特別會議暫時休會, 并授權大會主市應會員國的要求復會.
11. Decides to adjourn the eleventh emergency special session of the General Assembly temporarily and to authorize the President of the General Assembly to resume its meetings upon request from Member States.

2020年8月18日，馬利發生軍事政變，總統易卜拉欣·布巴卡爾·凱塔與總理布布·西塞遭叛軍扣留。總統宣佈辭職並解散議會。9月由前國防部長恩多（Bah N'Daw）接任臨時總統[9][10]

2021年5月24日二度政變，臨時總統恩多（Bah N'Daw）遭軍政府領導人戈伊塔逮捕，戈伊塔宣布就任臨時總統。2022年1月9日，西非國家經濟共同體會員國同意關閉與馬利接壤邊界，並實行一系列的經濟制裁。[11]
