HR早就應該摺左recruitment 條team啦,依家咁多agency 搵佢地去scan cv, phone call candidate 揀岩再彈去line manager 仲efficiency 啦
In house hr 係應該專注返training , compensation, benefits 度,幫公司留多啲人才,搞好公司個reputation 咁先係hr 應該做既野,反而大部份hr 都只係focus 係請人度,都唔知做乜,浪費資源

Hmmm,各有各好喇~

自己請人會知道同容易啲想搵啲咩類型人,build culture都容易啲~

補充返,所以宜家好多公司請HR(TA),都會傾向請有做個Headhunt 經驗~~

搞好公司個reputation,都要睇下個老闆係唔係想,因為間公司衰嘅,out唔outsource都係無分別~
