佢有講 我最少需要120g既蛋白質, 但我一日三餐都要出街食
想用myfitnesspal去計, 但淨係search白飯都十幾個result, 好難計到
早餐: 火腿通+蛋 / 奄列
Lunch: 碟頭飯 (實有雞同牛)
晚餐: 出街食, 所以唔定 (但都盡量有雞同牛肉)
臨訓會沖杯protein飲

This morning I had my personal training session in the gym and my vest was soaking wet. Then I soaked in a jacuzzi. The gym is situated beside the jacuzzi where you can see the inside of the gym clearly. I enjoy hitting the gym and I know my personal trainer is worth her salt as I'm making good progress with my physique. She's a vivacious in-your-face woman who's sometimes too honest for her own good. I dislike going to Physical because the salespeople ate wat too in-your-face.
