Oh This is the job description of Valuer, I’ve seen that too. This profession in e.g. the US not only includes land and properties but also includes business valuation which is my profession, somehow it doesn’t appear here. Business valuation is about estimating the value of a business which in some cases a target to be acquired or undergoing IPO

In your case your qualification and work experience need to be assessed by the skills assessment authority to verify. I can't advise any further.

If your wife's a registered midwife in Hong Kong, than her pathway should be clearer. If her qualification is relevant and accredited, she than needs OET 4xB or equivalent to get Australian registration and skills assessment, and then look for a State nomination to seek visa application.

師兄你好，細佬我啱啱喺澳洲Brisbane碩士畢業，讀International Business and Marketing, 1.5年program，本來諗住讀兩年攞個兩年嘅畢業Visa，但最近1.5年讀完畢咗業返到嚟先有啲後悔， send咗信比學校想轉返做兩年，學校話可以你重新apply過兩年嘅program再用返1.5年嘅credit抵返，所以都係讀多半年，想問我咁樣中間空左一個sem返去轉返做兩年program，又要重新apply student visa, 畢咗業之後，政府仲會唔會出嗰個工作簽證俾我？

我想攞嗰兩年嘅工作簽證希望搵到野做有公司擔保移民，你覺得值唔值得返去讀多半年以我既major？同埋兩年畢業工作簽證又搵到公司擔保移民機會大唔大？ thank you so much
