新嘅區大部份配套都唔會齊, 由期交通會好疏. 另外Mill hill 主打應該係得私校. state school 應該屬於普通水平.

行去地鐵站~10分鐘還可以，係地鐵疏就有啲麻煩，但至少有
民生配套係少啲 不過至少都有間Waitrose
係樓上咁講個校網以私校為主，state school一般

純粹覺得呢個價錢係London有相對新嘅二手freehold house 同埋成個新區自成一角幾吸引

想買樓前，有無啲問題一定要問個agency
同通常會有乜額外支出，除左裝修

樓價外要預 律師費 驗樓費 銀行mortgage fee(如果要借錢 根據銀行plan而定) broker fee(如果經broker借 有啲唔駛fee) 保險 傢俬

有無人Edinburgh買樓 最近睇緊，想buy to let

Amtico睇岩個款，你可以上Facebook Marketplace 或者 Ebay 搵有無人用淨左再resale，通常會平三分一。

我屋企new build，兩間房係地毯，其他地方係Amtico，搵過John Lewis 同其他公司報價，貴好多。最後自己係marketplace 同Ebay 買到足夠Amtico 再搵人鋪地板，咁樣一定最平。
