5月份開始的起心肝決定減肥 上網睇咗peeta 蔥葛 之後都開始嘗試生酮

食任何嘢都要上網check咗碳水含量先 菜靜係可以食啲菜葉 肉有幾肥食幾肥 啲醬料幾乎都唔食得 糖更加唔洗講

首先就係啲肥肉食得多好滯 而且呢種飲食唔停得 出酮再入酮就好難 出面啲嘢九成九都唔食得 想食啲咩就要自己煮

後尾先發現根本減少碳水攝取已經可以減到肥

我11月就停咗生酮 轉低碳 體重都一路減緊 終於知啲人點解可以食極唔肥 就係食少啲飯 食少啲汁 唔飲甜嘢 日日食得健康食得好飽都已經可以減到肥 自從停咗生酮之後冇再出現過酮疹
我唔知點解有啲人會酮疹有啲人唔會 可能大家體質唔同 如果你認為賭得過嘅不妨試下
