早幾日做完gym 舉完啞鈴,第二日起身三角肌個位舉手都好酸痛 但右手無事 ,以前普通酸痛等佢好,點知第二日都係咁,今日第三日好左少少,但仲痛少少酸痛,表面好像有少少紅,好驚以後舉唔到
