我個case 用左4星期左右復原，覺得同以前差唔多， 反而knee cap 後面果個位而家屈膝唔痛
手術後頭一兩個星期腫腫地，隻腳屈唔到 。而家消左腫有番full range of motion.
不個好明顯手術後頭幾日無咩點用隻腳，肌肉縮左， 所以要練下腳
