而家一星期兩次 一日會做4-6 rep range嘅bb back squat, 一日會做10-12 rep嘅 front squat
5day split
1. Deadlift -> Bulgarian split squat -> Db pullover -> dips -> facepull
2. Bench press (重)-> db arnold press -> cable fly -> seated row -> hip thrust
3. Squat -> RDL -> incline press -> db pullover -> lateral raise
4. Bb row -> bench press (輕) -> lat pull down -> facepull-> leg press
5. Bb overhead press -> front squat -> T bar row -> cable fly -> lateral raise
基本上big compound唔會變 但後面果啲會睇心情轉 原則上都係換返同一個movement pattern嘅動作咁
同埋我間中會覺得左邊上斜方肌會緊 而db pullover呢個動作係超級幫到我放鬆 所以我一覺得肩斜唔舒服都會隨機插入db pullover呢個動作
仲有二三頭/腹果啲都係不定時隨機插入去 睇下時間許唔許可 因為我係返工前gym
