大陸哈爾濱疫情續擴散 1人傳染78人醫院停診

哈爾濱的新冠肺炎(武漢肺炎)疫情如今成為新一波焦點。中國大陸官方統計，當地一名87歲的確診病患已累計傳染給78人，其中23人是無症狀感染者；而這名病患引發的疫情，已導致哈爾濱市第二醫院停止門診。

京日報報導，哈爾濱這名87歲的陳姓確診病患，已衍生出55名確診病例、23名無症狀感染者，規模達78人的大規模群聚感染案例，且範圍遍及哈爾濱醫科大學第一醫院、哈爾濱市第二醫院。

這名陳姓病患的傳染直到21日尚未停止。黑龍江省衛健委今天通報，21日全省共新增確診病例7例及無症狀感染者1例。其中4例是陳姓病患在哈醫大一院住院期間的同樓層病區住院患者，其餘3例是同一期間住院患者的陪護人員。而無症狀感染者就是陳姓病患。

綜合大陸媒體報導，哈爾濱市一名確診病例15日出現在遠郊的雙城區，曾搭乘客運及計程車，且曾在客運總站停留，至今官方仍在尋找近距離接觸者。而哈爾濱另兩個遠郊地區─阿城區及木蘭縣，則已出現了確診病例和無症狀感染者，顯示哈爾濱疫情已向周邊擴散。

這名陳姓病患先於4月2至6日在哈爾濱市第二醫院住院，且已出現發熱症狀，但院方並未對他進行檢酸檢測。他在6日被轉送哈醫大一院，但院方也沒及時採取措施，是導致這兩家醫院出現嚴重群聚感染的原因。

為此，中共黑龍江省紀委、黑龍江省監察委17日宣布，處分哈爾濱市副市長陳遠飛、哈爾濱醫科大學副校長傅松濱、哈爾濱市第二醫院院長徐勇等18人。其中，陳遠飛、傅松濱都被記過處分，徐勇更遭到撤職處分。

哈爾濱市官方雖然強調不須封城，但今天卻宣布新措施，包括各社區（村）一律禁止非社區（村）人車進入；快遞、外賣人員須將物品送至防疫卡點，待消毒後由居民取走；發熱病人要用專車直接送往設有發熱門診的醫院就診；鼓勵舉報未登記者潛入社區，每人獎勵人民幣3000元。

哈爾濱居民在接受自由亞洲電台訪問時表示，民眾對當地出現「一人傳染78人」的疫情感到緊張。至於城裡，如今大部分餐廳仍然停業，小病沒法去醫院，大病則只能網路掛號，不開放現場掛號。至於住宅小區，則幾乎恢復到疫情初期的封鎖狀態。

此外，一名王姓居民直指，自疫情爆發以來，哈爾濱民眾覺得個人言論受到很大的限制，尤其是網友交流疫情，「說了馬上就封號」。大家交流的內容其實只是透過事實判斷，分享現代文明的常識而已。

SINGAPORE — A total of 16 Singapore Airlines (SIA) employees working in the city-state have been infected with the coronavirus in recent weeks, according to the airline’s internal messages seen by Yahoo Lifestyle SEA.

SIA is working closely with the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore and the Ministry of Health to implement measures to prevent the spread of the virus, and updating its staff about the cases and measures.

Based on several messages circulated to SIA staff, the 16 infected Singapore-based employees had tested positive for the coronavirus in March and April.

Of the infected cases, 14 are cabin crew members while the remaining two are ground crew from SIA Engineering Company, who were based in the airport apron area. Eight of them had recovered and been discharged from hospital.

In response to queries from Yahoo Lifestyle SEA, a spokesperson with the SIA group, which also owns SilkAir and Scoot, said, “Singapore Airlines can confirm that several of our crew members tested positive for COVID-19 in March and April 2020. SIA has been providing all necessary support to our staff who test positive for COVID-19, and we continue to monitor the situation closely to take steps to ensure the health and safety of all customers and staff.”

SINGAPORE — An 84-year-old Singaporean woman has died from COVID-19 complications, bringing the death toll here from the coronavirus to 12.

The woman, identified as case 1,071, died on Tuesday (21 April) night, the Ministry of Health (MOH) said in its daily update of coronavirus cases in Singapore on Wednesday. She was confirmed to have the infection on 2 April. The next day, she was listed as an unlinked case in the MOH’s daily update.

The MOH said that Khoo Teck Puat Hospital has reached out to her family and is extending assistance to them.

The MOH confirmed 1,016 new COVID-19 cases in Singapore on the same day, bringing the total to 10,141 – the highest recorded in Southeast Asia.

The vast majority of the new cases are foreign workers living in dorms, it said, noting that 15 are Singaporeans and permanent residents.
