Budget唔多 住london 外圍少少都冇所謂

唔需要考慮遺產承繼既問題，人一走錢在銀行，就不如開心駛左去

屌，入去個計算機計數，兩個人 60 歲買一個原價 800k 既物業，用 Limetime Lease 買都要 640k 只慳到 160k
兩個人都 70 歲，Limetime Lease 同一個 800k 物業，都只係俾少 30%

不過, 你呢個budget 係咪真係要去london? 你唔係職業必須你要去london 嘅話 (IT, 金融業或其他professional 只有係london 先有), 我唔會叫你去london. 你呢個距離來會london city, 每年講緊 £4000+ 車費一年. 無乜著數. 你搵其他2線city 你會過得好好多.
