你買左, 都唔會趕到個租客走. 佢地有right 唔走. 你要攪好多法律情序先得. 亦所以點解間屋會平d, 因為第1好難 mortgage, 第2如果你要cash buyer 要黎住, 亦唔係咁易趕個租客走

mortgage 一定係buy to let, 你預接近5%
銀行有full paid 既錢就唔難批既(亦有更多plan 俾你慢慢揀),然後亦要有香港或英國既交稅記錄,工作證明

當你收樓後,你係可以做remortgage 的,問題係而家息口偏高黎緊亦加息,不過由buy to let 轉residential 永遠都有著數,假如你同銀行本身業務往來繁忙就更加唔洗講

租客唔應該係租約期內趕走,有agent曾經同我講過會影響credit score, 我唔知堅唔堅,你可以一試既
