樓主可唔可以俾下意見
價錢最大限制, 但唔怕遠 因為長期 WFH, 有個細細 retail park 買下日常野就夠
反而校區緊要 d 中小學都要, 唔知點入手睇好
1. 買屋既 budget 250K
2. Manchester
2. 3-4 房
3. house (freehold)
4. WFH
5. 要睇校區 諗住生所以要睇定
6. 價錢 > 校區 > 治安 > 交通

佢個requirement 較難搵, 佢要4房. 呢個係點解以呢個budget 西邊好難幫佢搵到. 我睇過Ruislip, 癡住d outstanding 學校而非Catholic 教會學校既, 要近Eastcote, 選擇唔多.

我住緊dartford鎮中心附近，無見過香港人，亞洲人都少，但黑人比想像中多好多，多到出街見到既黑人同白人比例係4:6到
