我做Wide係會當做正手pull up嘅代替,狀態差先咁做
主要針對成個lat同小小練三角
我見yate會做reverse grip既lat pull down,所以會諗用close grip做代替,就諗緊加埋落去做小小變化咁

Lower lat我會做bb row/ t bar row/ cable row,順便當練闊個背佢
而且我係背加膊做一日,加上我會做db shoulder press/ military press當練埋side delt

之後再接個單邊/2手hammer hide row練個大圓肌加小小後膊
背膊日除咗deadlift,row,should press,其他都會係睇果日好冇feel/上電,最尾果set做drop set/ rest pause

師兄會唔會覺得好奇怪
