而家通常都係一星期做4-5日咁
2push 2pull 1leg (5 days) / 1push 1pull 1leg 1upperbody (4 days) 咁
最近睇兩個jeff 嘅片都有講到over training嘅問題
想問如果我咁樣嘅組數操會唔會有事?
胸 12 + 15 = 27
背 12 + 15 = 27
腳 20
膊 12 + 12 = 24
手 8 + 8 = 16
腹 8
jeff nippard話普遍人做20組係optimum, 但唔sure幾多先開始over training
jeff cavaliere話好多人追volume但做唔夠intensity, 但問題係我格硬玩重/多下數會炒form, 咁除左加組數之外唔知應該點加intensity
