1. 點解date of the Conditions 對grantee 來講係relevant 同咁重要?
2. 如果符合哂政府的condition of grant拎到滿意紙, 但未有係土地註冊署註契, 會有d 咩 estate or interest ?

Depends on whether the gov lease was entered into on or before 1/1/1970
Before 1/1/1970 -> legal estate in accordance with S14 (2) of CPO
After 1/1/1970 -> equitable interest in accordance with S14 (3)(a) of CPO (converted to legal estate only if the CC is registered to land reg under LRO)

有冇話一定要condition of sale(即政府賣地)先出現14(3)果個情況
如果apply落去 condition of grant 係咪照可以用呢條例
“A Certificate of Compliance is issued to the registered owners when all the positive obligations imposed under the General and Special Conditions of the land grant/sale documents have been complied with to the satisfaction of the Director of Lands. Normally, any application received for the issue of the Certificate could be processed in parallel with the processing of the issue of the Occupation Permit by the Buildings Department, where applicable.”
