Notice to Probationers pursuing the BS APC
Alternate Practical Task 2018
The number of BS APC candidates attempting the Practical Task in recent years has been increasing, and it has become necessary to stream the candidates to relieve the demand on the number of assessors and the venue for assessment interviews.
The Alternate Practical Task 2018 will be held on Wednesday 23 to Saturday 26 May 2018. Applications should be made on Form APC4A/BS and must reach the HKIS Office from Tuesday 3 to Saturday 14 April 2018 (both dates inclusive).
This Alternate Practical Task is alternative to the one normally conducted in November and is open only to those candidates who meet the following criteria:
1. Having undertaken but failed the professional assignment of the Practical Task in 2016 or 2017, and
2. Having filed in one or two Self Assessment Report(s) after the last Practical Task.
Eligible candidates not opting for the Alternate Practical Task may still apply in August 2018 to undertake the Practical Task in November 2018, which is also open to first attempts and technical candidates.
The format of the Alternate Practical Task will be the same as the one conducted in November except that a different task will be set. Those who failed the Alternate Practical Task 2018 may only apply to undertake the Practical Task 2019, or the Alternate Practical Task 2019 if one is arranged.

係呀，因為好多時學生根據題目代數，例如yield 其實點得黎?south同western aspects嘅adjustment等等
Yield 係租金同價錢關係，你買左個單位，個單位租到幾錢就計到回報率...所以yield 係反映市場情況....依家香港yield 好低，因為租金升幅追唔到價錢...
至於adjustment ，嚴格黎講，要搵差不多一樣的pair, 只有一樣野唔同，佢地個價錢分別就反映那個adjustment 喇... 考牌都係要用pair 方式...
當然出面做野，adjustment 用感覺say 架咋，唔太大就無問題...最緊要出黎結果係in line ....
至於adjustment ，嚴格黎講，要搵差不多一樣的pair, 只有一樣野唔同，佢地個價錢分別就反映那個adjustment 喇... 考牌都係要用pair 方式...
