想問下 做bs 唔打算考牌係咪應該轉行
BS無牌慘過食屎,人工至少差一倍,你參考下bd入面so 同bs差幾遠
但so max pt. 有4萬心足已
好彩上到sso又多皮幾洗唔算差吧
要跳十幾年, 做工程十幾年exp唔止既
同埋sso唔係多好多, 又要管多幾條友
但唔多穩定lo......
由其係工程呢行。。。。。

item A omission Qty. 寫(100M2), 而Addition Qty.寫200M2
咁即係咩意思

你地由100改到200, 係會減100再加200, 唔係直接加100
this would allow the tenderer to consider to re rate this item due to the change in quantities. the increment (or reduction) altered the basis of price in original tender. a common pratice in the industry. good question.

但係實際practice都係驚tenderer increase unit rate 多d, 所以好多時候出post tender addendum 如果冇改圖改spec, 都會講明唔俾改unit rate, 而直接寫 net addition in quantity都係想避免tenderer改unit rate

You guy missed the important point, the question arises from a TA thus the rate is not a contract rate yet. The tenderer upon receiving the Addendum is free to price whatever rate he thinks fit.
因為有朋友讀完商科degree想轉去real estate個飯

Admin同事介紹佢team個surveyor 比佢識既時候
So發現個surveyor 係佢師姐妹搞到勁老懢
