我每日都訓七個幾鐘 睇record又有avg 2-3hrs 既深層睡眠
我又冇咩壓力 半夜冇咩事都唔會醒
已經有戴開耳塞眼罩訓
但每朝起身都好痛苦 極眼訓
有冇野可以幫到手
