想去政務司官邸睇睇,順便去埋白加道纜車站
其實今日天氣都幾好行,行咗20分鐘左右就到

三層高的產科大樓以新古典主義建築風格設計,亦受意大利文藝復興建築風格及喬治亞風格所影響。正面的紅磚及仿石外牆為大樓帶來優雅的外觀,地下的拱形柱廊、拱心石是新古典主義建築的典型特徵,二、三樓的威尼斯式窗戶、建築物正中的拱形石雕及突出的屋簷則展現出優美的意大利建築風格。(維基百科)

經過政務司官邸後,見到Chatham Path嘅入口,記得條路可以去到另一棟舊建築 ,所以就行落去睇下。

1 Chatham Path以前係Chatham English School,而家係信和嘅物業,見到信和有係網上放租。有關呢座建築嘅資料其他巴打都可以補充下
沿著電車路行落去,都係一d大家都成日見嘅建築,包括母親的抉擇、St.Paul Co ed,梅夫人果d。
行落山最傷嘅都係腳關節
居然會有人同我一樣會去行啲冷門嘅古蹟

Constructed in 1927 by its owner, John Caer Clark, the former Chatham English School was built in circa 1927 as a private residence.
1A Chatham Path, was occupied before WWII by Mr. and Mrs. Humphreys, Alfred David 60, Merchant, (as listed on the POW records). His wife, Elizabeth Anges, died in the POW camp hospital age 54.
In 1952 the building was registered as a private secondary school offering education to Chinese and Eurasian children from affluent families living on the Peak. The school operated for over twenty years until 1973.

During the Japanese Occupation, the house might have been occupied by a high-ranking Japanese military officer.
There was a postbox nearby which was built during King George V's reign (1910-1936), one of the few pre-Elizabeth postboxes remaining in Hong Kong.
