個scheme我理解原意係俾啲唔太買得起樓嘅人可以有一個穩定居所,但求有得住唔洗全部拎嚟交租無嘢淨,而唔係三五年就拎出嚟賣賺錢
佢起到話啲個scheme水啲後生買new build有啲夾硬嚟
同埋share ownership都係要有返工先做到按揭,佢講個啲爛仔根本連樓都唔會買到
First time buyer 當本身10%首期,供到425k價位嘅收入都90k up,肯唔買new build其實都有其他舊flat/遠啲嘅freehold揀,佢哋揀用個scheme慳5%首期又住新樓而唔係儲多5%首期先買舊樓,要食溢價唔係預咗㗎咩
咁都有得屌?
我同意係有得揀唔好買share ownership 嘅,但唔係佢講到啲scheme咁賤格
