返工時候都叫做正常 收工時間overground唔知點解成日都收皮 有次搭到仲有3個站就到Norwood Junction (係呢度轉火車返Sutton), 冇啦啦話有signal issue 要全部人落哂車 最尾要搭多一個半鐘巴士先返到因為之前係South East搭overground都冇South West呢邊咁多Signal problem去cancel啲車

Jubilee Line 其他站唔好諗買 house, Kilburn 去到 Queensbury 果堆都唔係好區 (Willesden Green 叫做好少少咁), St Johns Wood 你唔會買得起... 唯一壞處係 Stanmore / Canons Park 入 Harrow, council tax 貴到飛起...

Jubilee Line 另一邊都唔係好區, 除非你住 Canning Town 堆新樓 (leasehold apartment), 再行落 D 堆屋仔就唔好制了

係, 差dd 嘅右邊. 左邊係明顯地靜啲, 因為右邊近車站而且有舖頭.

其實你一望價錢都會知, 去到藍色位嘅屋, 同入到橙色個邊個價錢爭左100k.

跟咗巴打第一條link去rightmove睇咗啲盤見到一間係Westcombe Park果邊幾啱心水,但係喺streetcheck search完見到Glenforth Street嗰條街有69間係Rented: From Council同Rented: Other Social 想請教下巴打係咪意味着放出嚟嗰個盤係Council House嚟?

不過, 唔係coucil houses , 係個個年份嘅屋唔難睇. 不是council house 個款通常有圓貢型窗突出黎, 同整間屋高身好多. 好似呢d 咁

廚房間隔就我估唔到你揀, 都係睇運. 因為apartment 通常個發展商一起, 就個個單位都係咁嘅款. 好可能成區都係咁嘅款. 價錢350k 係一定唔會make 到. 你預350-400 呢個range 會合理d.

因為你要搵新式apartment, 其實新apartment 有嘅地點唔多. 舊式flat 會易搵好多. 如果買得flat, 我會揀上面 #322 個度. 個度圍住都係得住宅, 唔會有外來人無離頭去個度.

新式apartment 我記憶話我知, 有嘅係silver town 個一帶, stratford, canary wharf, woolwich, north greenwich 站一帶, Kidbrooke. 呢啲最平最平都350-400, 好多係450+ 以上. 再貴d 嘅好似elephant and castle, crystal palace, sydenham, 好多600+.

你真係要新式apartment 嘅, 一係我第1條link 個度350-400k. 另一個選擇係out of nowhere 嘅South east london d 單頭新式apartment, 好似呢d. https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/148755296#/?channel=RES_NEW 全新嘅, 不過哩, service charge 一定唔會平. 另外, 附近係無地鐵站.
