調返轉住 Jubilee Line 另一邊 (Stanmore, Canons Park) 有冇得諗, 環境治安中上

Jubilee Line 其他站唔好諗買 house, Kilburn 去到 Queensbury 果堆都唔係好區 (Willesden Green 叫做好少少咁), St Johns Wood 你唔會買得起... 唯一壞處係 Stanmore / Canons Park 入 Harrow, council tax 貴到飛起...

Jubilee Line 另一邊都唔係好區, 除非你住 Canning Town 堆新樓 (leasehold apartment), 再行落 D 堆屋仔就唔好制了

其實你一望價錢都會知, 去到藍色位嘅屋, 同入到橙色個邊個價錢爭左100k.

跟咗巴打第一條link去rightmove睇咗啲盤見到一間係Westcombe Park果邊幾啱心水，但係喺streetcheck search完見到Glenforth Street嗰條街有69間係Rented: From Council同Rented: Other Social 想請教下巴打係咪意味着放出嚟嗰個盤係Council House嚟？

有機會係ex-council. ex-council 唔代表差. 都係要落地睇.

不過, 唔係coucil houses , 係個個年份嘅屋唔難睇. 不是council house 個款通常有圓貢型窗突出黎, 同整間屋高身好多. 好似呢d 咁

因為你要搵新式apartment, 其實新apartment 有嘅地點唔多. 舊式flat 會易搵好多. 如果買得flat, 我會揀上面 #322 個度. 個度圍住都係得住宅, 唔會有外來人無離頭去個度.

新式apartment 我記憶話我知, 有嘅係silver town 個一帶, stratford, canary wharf, woolwich, north greenwich 站一帶, Kidbrooke. 呢啲最平最平都350-400, 好多係450+ 以上. 再貴d 嘅好似elephant and castle, crystal palace, sydenham, 好多600+.
