條友俾咗勁多圖,但根本就唔合理。佢當初有張圖話肌肉可以保護關節,對日常生活好有幫助。我回應我一直都係講做gym時容易受傷,唔係講緊做gym令平時容易受傷。再之後幅圖話行路受傷人數高做gym,所以佢得出做gym安全啲嘅結論。但我提到佢連小學數都唔識,完全冇理到個基數:有幾多人行路、幾多人做gym。我問返士兵受傷人數小過行路受傷人數,係咪代表戰場安全過喺條街度行,gym撚到而家仲未答到。既然仲未答到,咁就唔好係咁再問吓一張圖。

仲要打橫個數字係ratio,唔係運動量。我就唔知ACWR係咩意思,於是就上網查吓,
The acute:chronic workload ratio (ACWR) is the ratio between how much workload has been done in the last 7 days (acute workload) versus the average weekly workload that has been performed over the previous 28 days (chronic workload). In other words, it is how much workload has been performed in the last week compared to the previous month.
原來係講緊過去7日同過去28日運動量嘅比例。換言之
就算張圖係包括運動員以外嘅人,一個人長期保持唔做運動,比例都係1,屬於最低。
再睇埋conclusion,無一字提到唔做gym比做gym更加容易受傷,全部都係講athlete, sports,完全冇提到唔做運動/唔做gym嘅人
不過我都係帶返頂頭盔先
我平時就冇做開運動,所以我嘅理解可能會錯,就算錯咗都唔算柒。
但如果gym撚做咁多運動、做咁多研究自己要點樣做運動,但都唔知入面係咩意思,就真係幾柒
