美劇製作人布萊恩富勒（Bryan Fuller）自結束《雙面人魔》（Hannibal）後，每部參與製作的美劇都中途離開。

繼 2016 年底宣布不再參與《星際爭霸戰：發現號》、2017 年先後離開《美國眾神》第二季以及 Apple 開發中的重啟版《驚異傳奇》後，日前再傳出他已退出電影《夜訪吸血鬼》原著作者安萊絲（Anne Rice）「吸血鬼紀事」（The Vampire Chronicles）系列小說改編美劇。

目前不確定他原本在該劇擔綱的職務為何，根據 Dread Central 指出，布萊恩富勒在今年二月便退出，安萊絲表示是他主動選擇離開。

至於退出原因不得而知，此前辭去《星際爭霸戰：發現號》是為了挪出檔期拍《美國眾神》第一季，離開《美國眾神》第二季是由於預算與製作方向衝突，重啟版《驚異傳奇》則是創意分歧，這次似乎也脫離不了此三個面向。

此部美劇定名為《The Wolf Killer》，將由安萊絲的兒子克里斯多福（Christopher Rice）編劇並身兼主創，日前試播集劇本已完成，推出時間尚未公布。

Thirteen years after it was published, John Green's Looking for Alaska has finally found a TV home.

Hulu has picked up an eight-episode limited series from Josh Schwartz based on Green's novel.

Looking for Alaska tells the story of Miles “Pudge” Halter, who is done with his safe existence at home.
