我做開gym, 岩岩開始玩下游水咁,同玩下步,schedule 如下:
Day 1: Leg + Swim
Day 2: Push + Zone 2 Run
Day 3: Pull + Swim
Day 4: Leg + Swim
Day 5: Push + Zone 2 Run
Day 6: Pull + VO2max 4x4 interval
Day 7: Rest
Chur 到仆街,好易overtrain 同病


, feel 到唔對路就加多日休息
呢個plan 盡量唔會有interference, 係day 3 可能有少少,所以個日swim 唔好去咁盡
每 4 weeks 就有 1 week 係deload, 如果唔係好易CNS overload
