有人backstory 寫左summary 話係頭兩集有分段講過。
The 1 million Skrulls arrived on Earth after the snap, probably around late 2018/early 2019.
Carol had found them a home
But they had to constantly relocate because the Kree would find them wherever they went and Carol couldn't protect all the colonies at once.
One colony (the one where Talos, Vaara, Gravik etc were living in) was attacked and most of the Skrulls of that colony were killed apart from 20. Young Gravik took a spacecraft and brought those 20 to Earth, where Talos met with Fury again and asked if they could stay on Earth.
Earth, back in 1997, didn't have the technology to fly to space and I am assuming the spacecraft they arrived in crashlanded and/or didn't have much fuel, so they had to stay there. Fury promised to find them a home eventually, but asked for their help to become his top secret spies in return.
Fury died in the blip and Talos lost all hope that his people would ever find a new home again. At the same time, most of the other Skrull colonies around the world were being hunted down and slaughtered and the blip took an even bigger swing at their population, so Talos took the initiative to send a signal and call all remaining Skrulls to Earth.
And honestly, it was really clever. Half of the world was missing, adding 1 million people to the Earth's workforce would be very beneficial in an attempt to stabilize the planet again and of course there was plenty of space for them to build homes and live comfortable lives.
