You need to be aware that you may not be able to pass on your British Citizenship to your child born outside of the UK.

If you received your British Citizenship under the British Nationality Selection Scheme (居英權計劃) because one of your parents was the main applicant, you are a British Citizen by descent. As a British Citizen by descent, you may not automatically pass on your British Citizenship to your child born outside of the UK.

The best way for your child to receive British Citizenship is for the birth to take place in the UK. I would recommend your wife to give birth in Northern Ireland. This will mean that the child will not only get British Citizenship, but also Irish citizenship - a useful thing to have after Brexit.
