2023: 15,985
2024: 13750
2025, 2026: 8000
當2023年16000咁睇, 有人2023年5月遞左紙都仲坐緊艇, 咁就一年喇
今年少左2千幾人可能都會差唔多情況
然後下年開始減半, 加上呢幾年出面打仗七國咁亂, OWP application人數節節上升同尾班車效應, 仲要萬一保守黨上場唔知會唔會再減

唔夠quota但又十年放寬，人嚟咗先講無咁多個位，邊有得咁樣，而家仲大恩大德咁續期，一開始企硬唔放寬咪得，乜都係佢自己捉蟲
