我想講Hea Chicken即食雞胸都唔足磅
因為有幾包200g少得太離譜
跟住去磅特別輕嗰幾包200g雞胸得130g倒
拎埋其他200 gram嗰啲磅都至少有10%以上誤差
仆街食即食雞都可以中伏

我都係啱啱開始轉,PPL+upper lower5日,upper lower一星期兩次,4日都好似幾好,但唔知效果點,同埋諗緊點做咩動作好…轉嘅原因係想操嘅時間短啲,1個鐘或多少少算

Full body一星期3日都ok,每肌群一個禮拜都練到3次
