Stream A 條件唔係只係需要課程50%人係加拿大讀，無論in person or online 都可以apply咩？

本身個program就100% online 唔得
因為武肺而轉online 上堂既就得

最主要問題係如果本身個course 100% online 拎唔到study permit 會儲唔到鐘
stream a 個50% 冇要求你個program 點樣delivery

同埋其實依家有temporary policy 就算outside 都計

好似係原本係100% online就唔得
而原本50%因武漢肺炎而改成全online就得
申請PR時要人在加拿大
