當然我都留意平時練有冇唔覺意shrug左既。
平時program:
Back day:
1. barbell row/t-bar row 5 sets
2. rack pull 2 sets
3. lat pulldown overhand 4 sets
4. lat pulldown underhand 4 sets
5. cable row neutral grip 4 sets
6. lat cable pushdown 3 sets
7. facepull 2 sets
8. incline prone-Y 1 set
leg day (只列有關動作):
conventional DL 5 sets
