因為我覺得好難 之前試過apply internship 佢到好鍾意我但知道要幫我做visa就唔太肯 所以之後我都冇再apply
要我留多一年係唔難 我可以再讀MASTER 但學生tier 4 visa計唔計落去個5年到?

have been resident in the United Kingdom for at least five years; this is known as the residential qualifying period; and
have been present in the United Kingdom five years before the date of your application; and
have not spent more than 450 days outside the United Kingdom during the five-year period; and
have not spent more than 90 days outside the United Kingdom in the last 12 months of the five-year period; and
have not been in breach of the immigration rules at any stage during the five-year period; and
be free from immigration time restrictions for the last 12 months of the five-year period of your stay in the United Kingdom.The residential qualifying period will be worked out from the day we receive you application. You must show you were present in the United Kingdom at the start of this period. For example, if we received your application on 25 November 2005, you would have to show that you were in the United Kingdom on 26 November 2000.

It is not that confusing.

You will not get British Citizenship based on 5 years' residence in the UK as a student.

This is because you will not meet the requirements for registration as you are still subject to UK immigration control.

be free from immigration time restrictions for the last 12 months of the five-year period of your stay in the United Kingdom

You will need to have Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) before you can apply for British Citizenship. You can get ILR using the long residence rules, you will need to have 10 continuous legal residence in the UK in order to get ILR via the long residence rules. Please see link below for details -

Another point to note is that BN(O) passport holders without any other form of nationality can register to become a British Citizen under section 4B of the British Nationality Act 1981, amended by section 44 of the Borders, Citizenship and Immigration Act 2009. This amendment applies to non Chinese national BN(O) passport holders only (mainly ethnic Indians and Gurkhas in Hong Kong). As a HKSAR passport holder, you are a Chinese national, so you will not meet the requirement for registration under section 4B -
