- the person you asked to confirm your identity appears to be either related to you or living at the same address as you.

想請教下大家第二個原因係咩回事

之前暑假申請左續BNO時，Passport Office無叫我副簽
之後我上月月頭收到Email叫我交副簽
我10月19號下午係郵局用最平最平果款平郵（無 Tracking)寄副簽去英國
前晚收到Email Update話收到我副簽
到琴晚收到Update話Approve埋

即係而家平郵寄去英國約18日就會寄到過去
如果大家唔太急，可以唔洗寄速遞

最近收到新BNO, 但發現新舊護照number唔一樣, 請問有冇問題?
